Poly-Zhaust is a polymeric muffler with a free-flow design. It utilises a bush that thermally isolates a stainless-steel pipe from the glass-reinforced nylon casing.

The casing is filled with Advantex-based e-glass, which absorbs the acoustic energy radiated through perforations in the tube.

The assembly is attached to the exhaust line in a standard manner, and mounted using hangers attached to the pipes on the inlet and outlet of the muffler.
