Poly-Zhaust is ideally suited to motorcycle and all-terrain vehicle (ATV) mufflers, as a number of features are particularly relevant in motorcycle applications, given the image, performance and packaging requirements in this market segment.

Aviation

Legislation continues to be introduced by several regulatory authorities to limit the noise emissions of small aircraft. Since it can be moulded to conform to a desired aerodynamic shape, and is far lighter than competitors, Poly-Zhaust mufflers are natural candidates for this application.

Small machines

A small clip-on Poly-Zhaust for small capacity engines is an excellent application of the technology, and allows for cost savings and improved usability and safety over steel products. Generators, lawnmowers and chainsaws are typical examples of applications in this market segment.

Large vehicles

Included in this category are large commercial vehicles such as trucks, buses, tractors and earthmovers. Since Poly-Zhaust's weight and size benefits are quantifiable in this application, it is felt that this segment will benefit significantly from adoption of the technology.
